Terms of sale
Questions? info@qartmina.com
What you are buying
Describe each product, what is included, and what lifetime access means in practice — in particular how long you commit to shipping updates.
Licence
State what buyers may do with the code and prompts: use in their own and client projects, and the redistribution and resale limits.
Immediate delivery and right of withdrawal
Buyers get access immediately on payment. At checkout each buyer confirms: "I understand I get immediate access to digital goods, that this purchase is final and non-refundable, and that I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal." Restate that here in your own words, and keep it consistent with the checkout wording — Stripe records that acceptance and it is what you rely on in a dispute.
Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. Say so plainly, and say what you do in genuine edge cases (duplicate charge, failed delivery) so buyers reach for support rather than their bank.
Account and access
Explain that access is tied to the purchasing account, is not transferable, and may be revoked if a payment is reversed or the licence terms are breached.
Liability and governing law
Your limitation of liability and the jurisdiction whose law applies. Have this reviewed.
